Jessup Management Services works directly with medical providers and aesthetic professionals to optimize their customer service practices, keep their existing clients happy, and keep new clients coming through the door. It’s a unique approach to client care and client culture assessment that allows doctors and aesthetic professionals to spend less time worrying about business and more time doing what they love. And who doesn’t love that!

Unlike most client management consultants, my approach is hands-on and personal. Just as medical and aesthetic professionals take the time to understand the needs of their clients, I take the time to understand how the practice or salon/spa/medical spa is working today, then customize a program to make it more successful and sustainable in the future.

Here's my background: I've spent 35 years in the medical industry in a wide variety of executive-level sales, customer service, business development, and practice management positions in both the self-pay and reimbursement sectors. I’m currently branching out my services to include those in the salon, spa and medical spa industry to help them with client retention and procurement. Before founding Jessup Management Services, I was the co-founder and managing director of Mission Center for Longevity & Aesthetic Medicine in Mission Viejo, California, so I have a wealth of knowledge and passion for both the medical and aesthetic professional industry.

In addition to holding a BSC degree in Marketing and Finance, I am also a Certified Aesthetic Consultant™ (CAC) with expertise in medical aesthetic practice management and patient consultancy. I am certified in World Class Presentation Skills and Customer Experience Excellence. Most recently I became designated as a Certified Customer Experience Executive (CCXE) preparing me to train JMS clients and staff on the same Customer Experience Management systems used by top organizations like Nordstrom, Ritz-Carlton, Starbucks and PwC.
